These timbers were hand hewn and  hand fitted timbers for a log cabin, assembled on site. Note marks in the finish of the work. This project is located in Montgomery County, Maryland.  These logs were furnished for a brand new cabin and the finish is so skillful, that it has fooled the experts into believing that it is a historic dwelling.
