Professional Organizations:Fitzgerald's Heavy Timber Construction maintains membership in these professional organizations in order to help build public awareness and support for high standards in the industry. Building Trades Association The Building Trades Association (BTA) is made up of over 23,000 member companies involved in all phases of the building and construction industries. Maryland Horse Council Since 1983 MHC has represented Maryland's diverse equestrian community as the horse industry's trade association. National Barn Alliance NBA provides national leadership for the preservation of America's historic barns and their rural heritage. Preservation Trades Network The Preservation Trades Network (PTN) was founded to provide education, networking and outreach for the traditional building trades. Timber Framers Business Council The Timber Frame Business Council is a nonprofit organization providing information and resources to support and strengthen the timber frame industry. Timber Framers Guild of North America Timber Framers Guild is a non-profit educational membership association dedicated to the craft of timber framing. Traditional Timber Frame Research and Advisory Group The TTRAG supports the development of technical solutions for building and restoration. |
